About the role

As part of the Occupational Risk Prevention team of the northern area as a Prevention Service Technician:

  • It will coordinate the management of Occupational Risk Prevention in the Bizkaia area, depending on the Bizkaia Delegation and integrated into the Northern Territorial Directorate, whether in maintenance contracts or installation works, prioritizing the integration of the preventive activity.
  • It will prepare the necessary Risk Assessments, proposing the necessary preventive and corrective actions for approval by area management.
  • It will monitor the actions to be implemented to improve working conditions.
  • It will collaborate in the preparation of annual preventive plans and reports, facilitating the monitoring of their completion and informing management of the results.
  • It will carry out investments in accidents, incidents, unsafe conditions, etc.
  • It will coordinate with the External Prevention Service the management of concerted specialties, especially related to Health Surveillance.
  • It will propose and follow up on training plans regarding Safety and Health and will carry out the information and training required in its role.
  • It will supervise the Coordination of Business Activities both in relation to clients and partner companies of GIROA VEOLIA.
