Thermal Power Plant Maintenance Manager

The position would fall within the Energy 💡 area, where we seek to improve efficiency and reduce consumption and emissions in buildings, industries and cities.

In this environment of innovation and commitment, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager for the La Candelaria Thermal Power Plant, located in Las Caletillas (Tenerife)📍. 

👉What will your main duties be?

• Organize, supervise and ensure the correct execution of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of the equipment (units, boilers, pumps, auxiliary systems, etc.) in accordance with procedures, technical specifications and good practices.

• Planning and scheduling of work, as well as unit shutdowns and overhauls using CMMS (PRISMA/SAP).

• Management of the staff under your responsibility.

• Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety policy at work: permits, use of PPE, risk analyses and safety talks. 

• Liaison with the client. 

• Economic management and certification of the work carried out. 

• Management of spare parts and materials.

• Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.

Civil works / Construction

• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and/or similar.

• Advanced knowledge of OFFICE SOFTWARE and CMMS.

En este entorno de innovación y compromiso, buscamos a un/a Responsable de Mantenimiento para la Central Térmica La Candelaria, con ubicación en Las Caletillas (Tenerife)📍. 

👉¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?

• Organizar, supervisar y garantizar la correcta ejecución del mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo de los equipos (grupos, calderas, bombas, sistemas auxiliares, etc.) de acuerdo a los procedimientos, especificaciones técnicas y buenas prácticas.

• Planificación y programación de los trabajos, así como de las paradas y revisiones de los grupos mediante GMAO (PRISMA/SAP).

• Gestión del personal a su cargo.

• Velar por el cumplimiento de la política de Seguridad y Salud Laboral en el trabajo: permisos, uso de EPIs, análisis de riesgos y charlas de seguridad. 

• Interlocución con el cliente. 

• Gestión económica y certificación de los trabajos realizados. 

• Gestión de repuestos y materiales.

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de calidad y medioambiente.

Civil works / Construction

• Al menos 1 año de experiencia en funciones similares.

• Grado en Ingeniería Eléctrica/Mecánica/Industrial y/o similar.

• Conocimiento avanzado de OFIMATICA y GMAO.
