Head of Electrical/Mechanical Installations Works

The position would fall within the scope of Energy 💡, where we seek to improve efficiency and reduce consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities.

In this environment of innovation and commitment, we are looking for a Head of Electrical/Mechanical Installations Works for Waste, reporting to the Technical Director of Waste for Tenerife📍.

• Prepare the technical specifications for the materials and machinery required to carry out the works, as well as the work execution schedule.
• Supervise and analyze the execution drawings.
• Formalize the certificates and operating instruction manuals for the installations.
• Plan the needs for both material and human resources.
• Manage the assigned portfolio of works and provide the best service to clients by acting as a technical advisor.
• Manage material orders related to the operation of your project and follow up on subcontractors.
• - Verify the quality of the work performed, both by in-house staff and by subcontracted parties.
• Exercise control and supervision over subcontractors present at the work sites under your responsibility.
• Ensure the implementation of sufficient and necessary measures regarding occupational risk prevention within your area of responsibility.

Civil works / Construction

• At least 3 years of experience as a head of works for mechanical/electrical installations.
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and/or similar.

La posición estaría enmarcada en el ámbito de Energía 💡, donde buscamos mejorar la eficiencia y reduciendo el consumo y las emisiones en edificios, industrias y ciudades.

En este entorno de innovación y compromiso, buscamos a un/a Jefe/a de Obras de Instalaciones Eléctricas/Mecánicas de  Residuos reportando a la Directora Técnica de Residuos para Tenerife📍.

• Realizar las especificaciones técnicas de materiales y maquinarias necesarias para la ejecución de las obras, así como el planning de ejecución de la obra.
• Supervisar y analizar los planos de ejecución.
• Formalizar los certificados y manuales de instrucciones de funcionamiento de las instalaciones.
• Planificar las necesidades de medios tanto materiales como humanos.
• Gestionar la cartera de obras asignada y proporcionar el mejor servicio a los clientes ejerciendo de asesor técnico.
• Gestionar los pedidos de material relacionados con la explotación de su obra y seguimiento de las Subcontratas.
• - Verificar la calidad de los trabajos ejecutados, tanto los realizados por personal propio como aquellos que hayan sido subcontratados.
• Ejercer el control y supervisión de las subcontratas presentes en los centros de trabajo bajo su responsabilidad.
• Asegurar la implantación de las medidas suficientes y necesarias relativas a PRL en su ámbito de competencia.
