Your mission will be...
To coordinate, drive, and support strategic projects in the Innovation area, ensuring the follow-up of initiatives, proper communication between teams, and the efficient execution of processes aimed at digital transformation and the continuous improvement of the organization.

What you'll do

What will your duties be?
- Advising and assisting in the implementation of methodologies that foster intrapreneurship in all departments of the Group.

- Identification, analysis, and development of process automation opportunities using Artificial Intelligence and low-code/no-code tools, aimed at reducing manual tasks, optimizing time, and improving the operational efficiency of the different areas of the Group.

- Design, prototyping, and implementation of internal solutions and applications supported by Artificial Intelligence, using tools such as Lovable, n8n, Claude, or other equivalent technologies, from functional definition and mockup creation to validation, testing, and deployment of the solutions.

- Creation and integration of automated workflows between applications, systems, and information sources, incorporating Artificial Intelligence models when necessary for classification, content generation, information analysis, user assistance, or task automation.

- Continuous analysis of new tools and Artificial Intelligence use cases applicable to the business, conducting proof-of-concept tests and assessing their technical and functional feasibility before implementation in the different departments of the Group.

- Advisory and support to the different departments in identifying and defining Artificial Intelligence and automation use cases, helping to transform operational needs into functional, scalable solutions aligned with the Group's processes.

What we're looking for

  • You have a university degree related to Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • You have advanced digital skills and the ability to adapt easily to new technological tools.
