At Zunder, we work to accelerate the transition towards zero-emission mobility and protect our planet. Founded in 2017, we have established ourselves as the leading independent ultra-fast charging operator in Southern Europe.
After successfully exceeding our 2025 goals (reaching 4,000 operational charging points and consolidating an investment of €300M), in 2026 we are in full phase of expansion and optimization of our international network. To lead our market growth, we are looking for our next key person to continue driving change: Monitoring Technician.
Your Impact on the Project
At Zunder, every role is an essential piece of the engine that drives sustainability. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team with a common goal: ensuring that Europe's most advanced charging network operates with maximum precision and efficiency.
From your position in the IT department, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your work will have a direct impact on our expansion in Spain and our international subsidiaries, helping thousands of people move with freedom and confidence.
What will you do with us? (Your Responsibilities)
Supervise the operational status of the stations in real time.
Detect, analyze, and resolve first-level incidents whenever possible.
Escalate incidents and request assistance from maintenance providers when required.
Maintain fluid communication with the internal maintenance team.
Track and update incident tickets.
Review and control operational follow-ups to ensure the correct resolution of problems.
Record and document the actions taken.
What are we looking for in you?
Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Systems, Systems Administration, or similar.
Fluent use of the Microsoft Office suite.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
High multitasking capacity, with good time management and task prioritization.
What we offer:
At Zunder, we bet on the talent and well-being of our team, offering an environment where you can develop, add value, and grow professionally:
Real impact: You will be part of the fastest-growing electric mobility project in Europe in 2026, actively contributing to a more sustainable model.
Flexible and goal-oriented environment: Work shifts (mornings or afternoons).
Professional development: You will integrate into a company in full international expansion (Spain, France, Portugal...), with real growth opportunities and a career plan without limits.
Team culture and impact: You will be part of a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment, where every idea counts and every action contributes to an emission-free future.
Competitive compensation package: We offer a fixed salary plus variable pay based on objectives, along with social benefits such as health insurance, meal vouchers, and mobility tools.
In our company, we are firmly committed to diversity and inclusion. We believe that a diverse team, in all its dimensions, enriches our culture, boosts innovation, and allows us to grow in a fairer and more sustainable way.
Are you ready to accelerate? If you have the talent and the desire to transform the industry, we are waiting for you at Zunder. 🔋
