Hi there! 👋 We're looking for the next star signing to join our Brand team as a Marketing Specialist for the Italian market. If you're passionate about social media, events, communication, and building a brand from scratch across an entire market, keep reading because this might interest you (a lot).

And now it's time to grow our brand in Italy 🚀 We're looking for the person who will lead Sesame HR's marketing there: owning the market's social media, media relations, and event presence, and partnering with the Growth team so that everything we do in Italy drives business.

Build Sesame HR's brand in Italy and turn that visibility into business conversations. You'll be the voice of the Italian market within the company and the go-to reference for brand, community, and content for Italy.

📱 Italy social media (full ownership)

• Define and lead Sesame HR's social media strategy for Italy: goals, priority platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or others), tone, editorial lines, and frequency.

• Create content end to end: ideation, scripts, copy, visual pieces, and short-form video, with support from Design and Video when needed.

• Adapt global campaigns and launches to the Italian market - not by translating, but with references, formats, and topics that work there.

• Manage the community: responses, conversation, and collaborations with creators and voices from the Italian HR scene.

• Measure and optimize: report on reach, engagement, community growth, traffic, and leads generated, turning data into decisions.

• Keep Italy's editorial calendar aligned with campaigns, events, and commercial priorities.

🎪 Events

• Propose and shape events and activations for Italy: HR industry fairs, client meetups, gatherings, webinars, and our own events.

• Contribute to the planning of and attend the company's events in Spain (fairs, in-house events, brand activations).

• Coordinate logistics, materials, and communication before, during, and after each event, including social coverage.

• Make sure every event has a measurable goal (contacts, leads, meetings, awareness) and follow up with Sales and Growth.

📰 PR and communication

• Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers in the HR, tech, and business space in Italy.

• Write and distribute press releases, article pitches, interviews, and opinion pieces.

• Spot visibility opportunities: rankings, awards, studies, proprietary data, and timely topics where Sesame HR can add value.

• Measure the impact of PR activities (coverage, reach, mentions, referral traffic).

📊 Support for the Growth / Demand Generation team
You'll work hand in hand with Italy's Growth Marketing Specialist and the rest of the team, bringing market knowledge and execution power:

• Provide local context: trends, topics, pain points, and signals from the Italian market that you pick up on social, at events, and in the media.

• Support the creation and adaptation of campaign assets: copy, emails, landing pages, video scripts, lead magnets, and Paid Media materials.

• Review that Growth messaging and content sound native and fit Italian culture.

• Distribute campaign content on social (webinars, success stories, guides) to support demand generation.

• Connect social, events, and PR to the funnel, so every brand activity has a clear path toward acquisition and commercial follow-up.

At Sesame HR, AI isn't an add-on - it's how we work. We don't expect you to arrive as an expert, but we do expect you to use it daily from week one and to level up fast.

• Use tools like Claude, Cowork, ChatGPT, and other generative AI solutions (image, video, voice) for research, ideation, scripts, copy, message adaptation, and analyzing results.

• Build workflows that let you produce more and better content for Italy without losing the brand voice or your own judgment.

• Try new tools, document what works, and share it with the team.

• And if you don't use it at this level today: we expect curiosity, drive, and a visible learning curve in your first 90 days.

• Agile and eager to learn: you learn fast, experiment, and don't wait for everything to be defined.

• Market ownership: you make decisions about Italy autonomously and are accountable with data.

• Creative with business sense: ideas that grab attention and also generate opportunities.

• Collaborative: you work well with Growth, Sales, Design, Video, Product, and teams from other countries.

• At home in a scale-up: priorities shift and you adapt without losing focus.

• Day 30: you know the product, the Italian ICP, the team, and the tools; you audit Italy's social channels and the competition; you use AI daily in your workflow.

• Day 60: you present Italy's social media strategy with goals and a calendar, and you have a map of the key media and events for the year.

• Day 90: the strategy is live with first measured results; you've launched at least one PR activity and taken part in an event; you collaborate with Growth on a regular basis.
