ACCIONA, in its Environment business line, is selecting an intern for its Production Department in Vigo.

Support for the production team in the management, monitoring and continuous improvement of the green space maintenance and integrated management service, working closely with the different departments to ensure correct operational execution, service efficiency and compliance with quality and sustainability standards.

What you'll do

  • Support in the implementation, monitoring and optimisation of digital tools and service management platforms.
  • Participation in the collection, analysis and reporting of operational data (irrigation, maintenance, pruning, consumption, etc.) to improve decision-making.
  • Collaboration in monitoring contractual compliance and supervising service indicators (KPIs).
  • Support in preparing management reports, improvement proposals and operational optimisation plans.
  • Collaboration with the maintenance area in the control of machinery and equipment (gardening machinery, irrigation systems, vehicles), including inspections, consumption and incidents.
  • Support in coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance work in green spaces and associated facilities.
  • Participation in the planning and organisation of human and material resources together with those responsible for the service.
  • Contribution to the improvement of operational processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, sustainability and optimisation of resource use (water, energy, etc.).
  • Collaboration with other departments (procurement, health and safety, quality and environment) to ensure the correct execution of the service.
  • Support in the development of innovation initiatives aimed at digitalisation and improving service performance.

Requirements

  • Scheduled start date in September 2026.
  • Possibility of signing an internship agreement with the university.
  • Possibility of a 6-month internship, preferably full-time.
  • Currently in the final year of a degree or qualifying master's degree: Environmental Engineering/Environmental Sciences/Agricultural/Forestry Engineering or similar training.
  • A high level of English and other languages will be valued.
  • Interest in the services sector, especially in infrastructure maintenance and green space management.
  • Paid internship.
