The role

What you'll do

Collaborate in the analysis of tender documents, client requirements, and documentation associated with bids and tenders.
Participate in the preparation and review of technical and economic documentation for bids.
Support the coordination of the different areas involved in the preparation of proposals (Operations, HR, Legal, Purchasing, Finance, etc.).
Collaborate in the collection and analysis of information necessary for the preparation of technical and economic studies.
Provide support in the request and follow-up of supplier and subcontractor quotes.
Participate in the planning and follow-up of the different phases of the bidding process.
Collaborate in updating commercial management tools and databases, and CRM.
Support the analysis of tender results and opportunities for improvement in future proposals.
Participate in the identification of risks, opportunities, and differentiating factors of bids.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to bid preparation and management processes.
