What you'll do

Main duties:

· Coordinate and execute transition and commissioning activities for aviation operations, ensuring an efficient handover to Operations.

· Participate in preparation for the start of operations ("Day 1"), following the governance models established for each project.

· Prepare transition documentation and provide support during start-up and hypercare phases.

· Collaborate in the implementation of operational processes, systems, and tools, facilitating communication, training, and change management.

· Execute tests, validations, and start-up reports at airport facilities, in coordination with technical teams and experts.

· Collect and analyze test data, reporting results and supporting the optimization of equipment and operations.

· Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and operational documentation.

· Identify opportunities for improvement, as well as operational risks, ensuring compliance with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) standards and applicable regulations.

· Develop metrics, analyze data, and support the collection of lessons learned to drive operational excellence.

What we're looking for

You are our ideal candidate if you hold a university degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related field, and you meet the following requirements:

Degree in Engineering

Fluent English, both technical and conversational (C1)

1 to 5 years of experience in aviation operations at airports, including ITP

Communication skills, customer orientation, and a focus on action

Availability for medium to long-term assignments

Nice to have

Desirable:

Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese

Experience in transition or start-up processes

JIG Inspector

Experience participating in EI or JIG technical forums
