A consolidated company in the maritime sector, located in Marín, Pontevedra, is looking to add a container welder to its team. This position will allow you to develop your technical skills in a dynamic and professional environment, working with dry, refrigerated, and special maritime containers.

Your day-to-day will include repairing structural damage, handling manual and electric tools, and interpreting work orders and technical specifications. Additionally, you will help ensure the quality of repairs by making adjustments and alignments to deformed structures.

What you'll do

Responsibilities include:

Repair of structural damage on dry, refrigerated, and special maritime containers.

Replacement and repair of panels, roofs, floors, doors, frames, and other structural elements. Straightening, adjusting, and aligning deformed structures.

Surface preparation and quality verification of repairs. Completion of work reports and repair records.

What we're looking for

To be considered for this position, it is important that you have:

Vocational training in Welding and Boilermaking, Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar.

At least one year of experience in industrial welding, boilermaking, or repair

of metal structures.

Experience in repairing maritime containers, metal structures,

industrial bodywork, or the naval sector will be valued.

Welder certification or qualification (will be valued

positively).

Class B driver's license and availability of a vehicle.
