About the role

After-Sales Maintenance Technician for Forklifts. From Adecco, we are looking to bring on board an After-Sales Maintenance Technician for the Madrid East area. What you'll do

Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts at the customer's site.

Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.

Direct contact with industrial customers (logistics, retail, production).

100% route-based work, leaving directly from your home.

· Location: Madrid East area (Coslada, Torrejón de Ardoz, San Fernando de Henares, Campo Real)

Fixed salary:

From €20,500 gross/year (junior profiles ~1 year of experience).

Up to €26,000 gross/year for profiles with experience in forklifts or industrial machinery.

For highly experienced profiles, the possibility of reaching €28,000–€30,000 gross/year (to be assessed).

Team objective incentives:

Up to €2,400 gross/year (paid quarterly).

Most technicians reach 100% or exceed them.

Company van (professional use, you take it home).

Per diems: €18.02/day (except during vacation month).

Fuel and expenses covered.

Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (1 hour lunch).

Working time starts when you start the van and ends when you get home.
