Insulation laborer (M/F)

Company specialized in industrial insulation needs to hire a professional to perform the following duties:

Support the installation of thermal insulation on pipes, boilers, tanks, heat exchangers, and other industrial equipment.

• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment required for insulation work.
• Assist in cutting, handling, and adjusting insulating materials (mineral wool, elastomers, blankets, panels, etc.).
• Collaborate in the assembly and fastening of exterior protective sheeting (aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized) and finishing elements.
• Transport materials and tools within the worksite or facility.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
• Comply with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention (ORP) rules, and established procedures.
• Provide support to the lead installer or supervisor in all assigned tasks within the industrial insulation area.

• Previous experience in industrial insulation, construction, metalwork, or similar trades is valued.

Related to the field or equivalent. Additionally, training in:

• Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) – 20 hours (metal, construction, or industry sector).
• Work at height.
• Training on aerial work platforms (PEMP).
• Basic use of cutting and measuring tools.

Empresa especializada en aislamiento industrial, precisa incorporar un perfil profesional que realice las siguientes funciones:

Apoyar en la instalación de aislamiento térmico en tuberías, calderas, depósitos, intercambiadores y otros equipos industriales.

• Preparar materiales, herramientas y equipos necesarios para los trabajos de aislamiento.
• Ayudar en el corte, manipulación y ajuste de materiales aislantes (lana mineral, coquillas, elastómeros, mantas, paneles, etc.).
• Colaborar en el montaje y fijación de chapas exteriores de protección (aluminio, acero inoxidable, galvanizado) y elementos de remate.
• Transportar materiales y herramientas dentro de la obra o instalación.
• Mantener el orden y la limpieza del área de trabajo.
• Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, PRL y procedimientos establecidos.
• Dar soporte al oficial o encargado en todas las tareas asignadas dentro del área de aislamiento industrial.

• Valorable experiencia previa en aislamiento industrial, construcción, metal o trabajos similares.

Relacionada con el área o equivalente. Ademas de Formación en:

• PRL 20 horas (metal, construcción o industria).
• Trabajos en altura.
• Formación en plataformas elevadoras (PEMP).
• Uso básico de herramientas de corte y medición
