Salesperson - REPSOL Fuel Attendant

Do you have experience in customer service? Do you have experience in sales? At Grupo Adecco, we are looking for a salesperson/fuel attendant for the Valldemossa area.

The duties are as follows:* Customer service and advice.

• Handling, balancing and closing the cash register.
• Cross-selling of products offered at the counter.
• Tasks related to the store or bakery, if applicable.
• Cleaning and organizing the premises and the area around the station.
• Enforcing the safety and hygiene regulations of the service station.
• Fuel dispensing, among others. The salary is according to the collective agreement + incentives based on: sales, holidays (if applicable) and night work (if applicable). This salary is indicative; at the station they would tell you the correct amount.

The service station is located in the Valldemossa area. They would confirm the exact location directly in the interview. Start date would be immediate for the selected candidate. It is a direct contract with Repsol, for a duration of 4 months. The working day would be Monday to Sunday, including holidays, 40 hours per week, on rotating shifts, mornings and afternoons, so full availability is required. Two days off per week according to the schedule. All schedules would be indicated directly in the in-person interview. A vehicle is needed to get to the station.

Las funciones son las siguientes:* Atención y asesoramiento al cliente.

• Manejo, cuadre y cierre de caja.
• Venta cruzada sobre productos ofertados en mostrador.
• Tareas relativas a la tienda o panadería si la hubiese.
• Limpieza y organización del local y zona relativa a la estación.
• Control de la normativa de seguridad e higiene de la estación de servicio.
• Expendeduría de gasolina, entre otras.El salario es según convenio + incentivos en función de: ventas, festivos (si se diese el caso) y nocturnidad (si se diese el caso). Este salario es orientativo, en la estación os indicarían cual es el correcto.

La estación de servicio está en la zona de Valldemossa, te confirmarían dirección directamente en entrevista. La incorporación sería inmediata en caso de ser la persona seleccionada. Es un contrato directamente con Repsol, de una duración temporal de 4 meses. La jornada sería de lunes a domingo, festivos incluidos, 40 horas semanales, en turnos rotativos, de mañanas y tardes, por lo que se necesita total disponibilidad. Se descansan dos días a la semana según cuadrante. Todos los horarios te los indicarían directamente en la entrevista presencial. Se necesita vehículo para llegar a la estación.
