About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect specialized in industrial projects to lead the development, coordination, and comprehensive execution of complex projects, from the initial design phases through to construction and commissioning.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage industrial projects comprehensively, from the conceptual and design phase through to execution, delivery, and commissioning.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise multidisciplinary internal and external teams, ensuring efficient collaboration between architecture, engineering, specialized consulting, and construction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with clients, public administrations, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and proper management of expectations.
  • Oversee the technical development of projects, ensuring compliance with applicable urban planning, construction, environmental, and safety regulations.
  • Manage project scope, planning, risks, and resources, identifying deviations and defining corrective actions as needed.
  • Control project budgets, fees, and associated costs, contributing to its profitability and economic viability.
  • Promote innovative, sustainable solutions focused on optimizing industrial processes, spaces, and operations.
  • Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and compliance with corporate standards and client requirements.

What we're looking for

  • University degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction sector.
  • At least 5 years of recent experience in the development and management of industrial projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating complex projects, including planning, financial management, and execution control.
  • Experience in direct client interaction and in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken. 
  • Solid knowledge of industrial facilities and processes, as well as applicable sector standards and regulations.
  • Experience in logistics projects, distribution centers, automation, and optimization of material flows will be valued.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in the Design & Assurance process in industrial projects, from the conceptual phase through to construction, testing, and commissioning, with an understanding of different project delivery models and innovative execution methodologies.
  • Proficiency in BIM methodologies and experience in multidisciplinary collaborative environments.
  • Advanced use of Revit and knowledge of project coordination and management tools.
  • Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong client orientation and a results-driven mindset.

  • Additional training in project management and  industrial facility design will be valued.
