We are currently looking for a:

Finance & Controlling Entity Leader (m/f/d)

Location: Getafe

Hours: Full time (40 Hrs)

Contract type: Permanent, or initially one year and then permanent depending on the case. (more information during the interview)

Mission & Objectives

• Provide support to the transnational financial manager of TESTIA

• Management of financial resources

• Invoicing, orders, and purchasing

• Tax management

• Responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of ENSIA

• Knowledge of an ERP, preferably SAGE

Knowledge and Experience

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration (ADE) or finance and accounting

• Two years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities

• Knowledge of ENSIA's QMS; financial mathematics; personnel management

• Proficiency in English (B2/C1)

• Ability for: leadership, teamwork, decision-making, planning, organization, directing work actions, analysis, and forward-looking vision

• A decisive and flexible person, as well as proactive and reactive as appropriate

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
