Job Description:

Mission

To put in place a long term organization at AHE to secure industrial architecture local influence.

To lead the MKIII industrialization workshare and to be the interface of MKIII program supporting FAL/FL implementation.

To analyse and deliver on time the Industrial System strategy/concept for RF assembly line to reach MCA targets.


1. To put in place a long term organization at AHE to secure industrial architecture local influence.

Purpose :

Develop the architecture role in AHE to ensure that existing know-how and capabilities are flowing upstream to influence DO, maximizing Design-to-Manufacture opportunities and contributing to the optimization of Prod Cost (DtX).

Benefit from existing competences already built in AHE in this field (HIL, X Programs, RACER, etc), providing a further career development to ME population.

Make the most from AHE's traversability to further development standardization.

Challenges:

EDI-AHE connection to be enhanced in the early stages of product development, major step changes and production competitiveness so RETEX from AHE ME is considered.

Assumption :

AHE identifies relevant profiles to be developed.


2. To lead the MKIII industrialization workshare and to be the interface of MKIII program supporting FAL/FL implementation.

Purpose :

Secure industrialization deliverables up to MG7 for the AHE perimeter (FAL/FL/RF/...).

To improve the connection and relationship between team EDI-AHE.

AHE to IPO team.

IPO Team to AHE.

Challenges:

To secure the reporting of AHE activities to France for alignment.

To manage IPO team members located in France from Albacete.

Assumption :

Current Tigre organization to update to fit with the expectation.


3. To analyse and deliver the E2E Industrial System strategy/concept for RF assembly line to reach MCA targets.

Purpose :

To perform a deep analysis on AHE industrial setup, with focus on MCA RF, providing "4 squares evaluation" to support evaluation of Industrial System AHE readiness to reach challenges.

To launch method analysis and decision making like Modelization / Simulation...

To define and argue the RF assembly strategy, which will be used as inputs for each and every new program or major evolution of RF workshare for a dedicated product.

These analysis could be extended to other assembly products done in AHE.

Challenges:

To define a clear and achievable strategy.

To identify the strategy as a mandatory input for future programs or major upgrades.

Assumption :

To make an AS-IS of the current RF assemblies.
