Machines Maintenance Operator

The main activities of the position will be:

• Machinery breakdown repair: Carry out the appropriate diagnosis and troubleshooting activities in the case of corrective maintenance. In the case of preventive maintenance, perform your own tasks ensuring that the assigned scope is completed correctly:

  • Level 1: Autonomous maintenance

  • Level 2: Preventive maintenance (adjustment and replacement of simple components)

  • Level 3: Corrective maintenance (complex adjustments, spare parts and repairs following procedures and with auxiliary equipment)

• SAP PM: Ensure a correct description of work orders.

• Supplier control: Supervision of technical assistance.

• Spare parts: Control and monitoring of components, as well as being autonomous in spare parts management.

• Predictive maintenance testing and control: Analyze the data collected in predictive tasks. Also, detect possible new predictive maintenance needs on assets.

• Modifications and improvements (Kaizen): Develop the improvements identified and proposed.

• Work documentation: Contribute to the creation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and similar documents.

• Work procedures: Contribute to the creation of procedures related to troubleshooting.

• Preventive and corrective: Review the preventive maintenance plan, carry out diagnostics on assets and write anomaly reports.

• Metrology: Handle metrology tools to ensure geometric conformity according to the standard, evaluate reports and participate in MFTs (Measurement Fixture Traceability) / Verification of measuring equipment.

• Reports: All reports related to maintenance.

• Knowledge development: Continuously learn to acquire a deep understanding in various areas.

Las actividades principales del titular del puesto serán:

• Reparación de averías de maquinaria: Llevar a cabo las actividades adecuadas de diagnóstico y resolución de problemas en el caso del Mantenimiento Correctivo. En el caso del Mantenimiento Preventivo, realizar sus propias tareas asegurando que el alcance asignado se complete correctamente:

  • Nivel 1: Mantenimiento Autónomo

  • Nivel 2: Mantenimiento Preventivo (Ajuste y sustitución de componentes sencillos)

  • Nivel 3: Mantenimiento Correctivo (Ajustes complejos, repuestos y reparaciones siguiendo los procedimientos y con equipos auxiliares)

• SAP PM: Garantizar una descripción correcta de las órdenes de trabajo.

• Control de proveedores: Supervisión de la asistencia técnica.

• Repuestos: Control y seguimiento de componentes, así como ser autónomo/a en la gestión de recambios.

• Prueba y Control de Mantenimiento Predictivo: Analizar los valores recopilados en las tareas predictivas. Asimismo, detectar posibles nuevas necesidades de Mantenimiento Predictivo en los activos.

• Modificaciones y Mejoras (Kaizen): Desarrollar las mejoras identificadas y propuestas.

• Documentación de trabajos: Contribuir a la creación de SOIs (Instrucciones Operativas Estándar) y documentos similares.

• Procedimientos de trabajo: Contribuir a la creación de procedimientos relacionados con la resolución de problemas.

• Preventivo y Correctivo: Revisar el plan de mantenimiento, realizar diagnósticos en los activos y redactar informes de anomalías.

• Metrología: Manejar herramientas metrológicas para garantizar la conformidad geométrica según la norma, evaluar informes y participar en los MFTs (Petición de Calibración / Verificación de Equipos de Medición).

• Informes: Todos los informes relacionados con Mantenimiento.

• Desarrollo de conocimientos: Aprender constantemente para adquirir un conocimiento profundo en diversas áreas.
