Store Manager - ALDI Banyoles - 40h permanent

To achieve this, your responsibilities will be:

Lead and develop your collaborators, planning and organizing all store personnel, with the operational support of the assistant store manager.
Participate in proposals to improve the product range available in the store, placing orders
Establish processes efficiently (optimal merchandise layout, checkout supervision, product preparation...)
Work closely with your Area Manager on decision-making that affects both the store's sales and your team.
Be an example, train yourself, train and involve your collaborators in the company's goals.
At important peak times of work, be one more member of the team and collaborate in tasks such as restocking, checkout, baking, etc.

• Completed Vocational Training (FP) or High School/University Diploma. Commercial management experience is highly valued.
• A driver's license and geographical mobility will be valued positively.
• We will value experience in managing sales teams.

Para conseguirlo, tus responsabilidades serán:

Dirigir y desarrollar a tus colaboradores, planificando y organizando todo el personal de la tienda, con el apoyo operativo del/la adjunto de tienda.
Participar en las propuestas de mejora de surtido disponible en tienda, realizando los pedidos
Establecer procesos de forma eficiente (disposición óptima de la mercancía, control de cajas, elaboración de productos…)
Colaborar estrechamente con tu Responsable de Zona en la toma de decisiones que afecten tanto en las ventas de la tienda como el de tu equipo.
Ser ejemplo, formarte, formar e involucrar a tus colaboradores en los objetivos de la compañía
En puntas importantes de Trabajo, ser uno más del equipo y colaborar en funciones como reposición, caja, horneado, etc.

• Estudios finalizados de FP o Bachillerato/Diplomatura. Valorándose muy positivamente en gestión comercial.
• Se valorará positivamente tener carné de conducir y movilidad geográfica.
• Valoraremos positivamente experiencia en la gestión de equipos de ventas.
• Orientación al cliente y al detalle.
• Capacidad de liderazgo.
