Your mission

Design and drive the Employee Lifecycle strategy to attract, develop, and retain the best talent, ensuring a consistent and excellent experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You will lead a specialized team and collaborate closely with the People & Culture General Management to strengthen the robustness of our organization and ensure the high performance of our professionals through continuous development.

  • Drive talent identification and development initiatives that ensure an organization prepared for the future.
  • Support management and leaders in the evolution of a culture based on inspiring leadership, accountability, and people development.
  • Lead national and international strategic projects related to talent management and employee experience.

Experience, skills & education

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related disciplines.
  • Solid experience leading Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Employee Experience areas in complex organizations.
  • Strategic vision combined with strong execution capability.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and transformation projects.
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Define and establish the principles, strategies, action plans, budgets, and objectives of your scope, which will be incorporated into the national HR strategic plan.
