We are looking for a Talent Acquisition, Management & Learning Director to lead the comprehensive talent strategy in Spain, driving a differentiated employee experience from attraction to development and succession. What you'll do

Design and drive the Employee Lifecycle strategy to attract, develop, and retain the best talent, ensuring a consistent and excellent experience throughout the entire employee life cycle. You will lead a specialized team and work closely with the People & Culture General Management to strengthen the robustness of our organization and ensure the high performance of our professionals through continuous development.

Define and execute the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employer Branding strategy.
Develop a solid and differentiating employee value proposition, strengthening our employer brand both internally and externally.
Lead development programs, performance evaluation, management by objectives, and succession plans for key positions.
Drive talent identification and development initiatives that ensure an organization prepared for the future.
Support management and leaders in evolving a culture based on inspiring leadership, accountability, and people development.
Lead national and international strategic projects related to talent management and employee experience.
Manage, develop, and motivate high-performance teams, fostering goal orientation and continuous improvement.

Experience, skills & education

University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related disciplines.
Solid experience leading Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Employee Experience areas in complex organizations.
Strategic vision combined with strong execution capability.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and transformation projects.
Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Define and establish the principles, strategies, action plans, budgets, and objectives of their scope, which will be incorporated into the national HR strategic plan.
Passion for talent development, corporate culture, and leadership.
