Warehouse Sales Assistant - ALDI Logistics Platform Miranda de Ebro

• Prepare the equipment and furniture for the opening of assigned stores.
• Send materials or furniture equipment required in stores.
• Assemble/implement the furniture and decorative equipment defined for the sales floor.
• Implement point-of-sale communication materials in assigned stores, maintaining the established criteria and definitions.
• Coordinate the application of preventive maintenance measures in stores.
• Coordinate the application of corrective maintenance activities indicated in that area by their supervisor.
• Resolve or coordinate the action arising from incidents reported from stores.
• Plan and receive returns of materials and furniture from stores to the warehouse.
• Detect unreported incidents in stores and act proactively, notifying their supervisor beforehand.
• Participate in warehouse inventories when required.
• Propose improvement actions within their area of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with established deadlines.
• Ensure and comply with health and safety measures in the workplace.
• Keep the work environment and workplace clean and tidy.
• Use and maintain in good condition the manual and mechanical tools required to carry out assigned tasks.
• Stores to visit in the Basque Country, Navarra, Aragón, La Rioja, and Burgos areas; the necessary means of transport will be provided.

Basic knowledge of the Office package (Excel, email, etc.).

• Preparar el equipamiento y mobiliario para la apertura de tiendas asignadas.
• Enviar materiales o equipamientos mobiliarios requeridos en tienda.
• Montar/implementar los equipamientos mobiliarios y decorativos definidos para sala de ventas.
• Implantar materiales de comunicación de punto de venta en tiendas asignadas, manteniendo los criterios y definiciones establecidos.
• Coordinar las aplicación de medidas de mantenimiento preventivo en las tiendas.
• Coordinar las aplicación de las actividades de mantenimiento correctivas indicadas en dicho ámbito por su responsable.
• Resolver o coordinar la actuación derivada de las incidencias notificadas desde tiendas.
• Planificar y recepcionar los retornos de materiales y mobiliario de tienda a almacén.
• Detectar incidencias no notificadas en tienda y actuar proactivamente notificando previamente a su responsable.
• Participar en la realización de los inventarios de almacén cuando así se le requiera.
• Proponer acciones de mejora de su ámbito de responsabilidad.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
• Velar y cumplir con las medidas de seguridad y salud en su puesto de trabajo.
• Mantener limpio y ordenado el entorno y el lugar de trabajo.
• Utilizar y mantener en buen estado las herramientas manuales y mecánicas requeridas para el desarrollo de los trabajos asignados.
• Tiendas a visitar en la zona de País Vasco, Navarra, Aragón, Rioja y Burgos, se facilitará el medio de transporte necesario.
