• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the staff under your responsibility.
• Supervise the correct preparation of store orders, using the Pick-by-Voice system and SAP EWM management.
• Ensure the correct maintenance of the order-picking aisle layout.
• Identify and promote operational and process best practices.
• Lead team meetings.
• Carry out periodic monitoring of key performance indicators and propose new lines of work based on the evolution of the indicators.
• Ensure compliance with established deadlines and current regulations.

• Higher Vocational Training Degree in Logistics and Transport Technician or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse, Logistics or Transport Supervisor.

• Training in road transport and refrigerated food transport / Cold chain.
• Have schedule flexibility.

• Planificar, coordinar y supervisar el personal a su cargo.
• Supervisar la correcta preparación de los pedidos de las tiendas, mediante la utilización del sistema Pick-by-Voice y la gestión de SAP EWM.
• Asegurar el correcto mantenimiento del layout de los pasillos de picking .
• Identificar y promover las mejores prácticas operativas y de procesos.
• Liderar la realización de reuniones de equipo.
• Realizar el seguimiento periódico de los indicadores clave de rendimiento y proponer nuevas líneas de trabajo en función de la evolución de los indicadores.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos y el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.

Logística

• Grado de Formación Profesional Superior en Técnico en Logística y Transporte o equivalente.

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Supervisor de Almacén, Logística o Transportes.

• Formación en materia de transporte terrestre y transporte refrigerado alimentario / Cadena de frío.
• Disponibilidad horaria.
