With ALE-HOP's national and international expansion, the teams keep growing and we need to strengthen our national Logistics and Transport department.

WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?

• Execute and monitor national road transport processes.

• Prepare reports, KPIs, and dashboards for the area.

• Analyze operational data to detect deviations and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate in the digitalization, standardization, and improvement of processes.

• Propose actions aimed at efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement.

Education: Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Logistics and Transport, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: minimum of 1 year.

Languages: English and Italian are valued.

Computer skills: advanced level of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of KPIs and data analysis, Power BI, and Power Query is valued.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?

• Ejecutar y realizar seguimiento de los procesos de transporte nacional terrestre.

• Elaborar informes, KPIs y cuadros de mando del área.

• Analizar datos operativos para detectar desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora.

• Colaborar en la digitalización, estandarización y mejora de procesos.

• Proponer acciones orientadas a la eficiencia, calidad del servicio y mejora continua.

Estudios: Grado ADE, Logística y transporte, Ingeniería o afines.

Experiencia: mínima de 1 año.

Idiomas: valorable ingles e italiano.

Conocimientos ofimáticos: nivel avanzado de Microsoft Office. Valorable conocimientos de KPI's y análisis de datos, Power BI y Power Query.
