With ALE-HOP's national and international expansion, the teams keep growing and we need to strengthen our processes and technology department.

WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?

• Manage incidents in ERP, WMS, and corporate systems.

• Resolve and escalate technical and functional failures.

• Monitor systems and integrations.

• Coordinate with partners and internal teams.

• Participate in system improvements, automations, and updates.

- Education: Engineering or a degree in computer science.

- Experience is valued.

- Specific IT knowledge: ERP, SGA/WMS, POS, and integration tools, SQL, relational databases and data analysis, ITSM/SGI, basic knowledge of networks and operating systems.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?

• Gestionar incidencias en ERP, SGA y sistemas corporativos.

• Resolver y escalar fallos técnicos y funcionales.

• Monitorizar sistemas e integraciones.

• Coordinarse con partners y equipos internos.

• Participar en mejoras, automatizaciones y actualizaciones de sistemas.
