What we're looking for

Studies: Engineering or degree in computer science.
Experience: minimum of 3 years.
ERP management (X3, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar), WMS and POS.
Experience with incident management tools.
Specific IT knowledge: networks, operating systems, Active Directory and M365, cybersecurity, virtualization, Windows Server 2019 and UNIX systems.

The role

What you'll do

Manage and resolve incidents in ERP, WMS, POS, and other corporate systems.
Administer and maintain systems, servers, networks, and integrations.
Monitor infrastructure performance and implement security and backup measures.
Coordinate updates, new tools, and technology projects with internal teams and partners.
Provide support and training to internal users.
Drive process automation, report generation, and contingency plans.
