With ALE-HOP's national and international expansion, the teams keep growing and we need to strengthen our processes and technology department.

WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?

• Manage and resolve incidents in ERP, WMS, POS and other corporate systems.

• Administer and maintain systems, servers, networks and integrations.

• Monitor infrastructure performance and apply security and backup measures.

• Coordinate updates, new tools and technology projects with internal teams and partners.

• Provide support and training to internal users.

• Drive process automation, report generation and contingency plans.

Education: Engineering or degree in computer science.

Experience: minimum of 3 years.

Experience with ERP (X3, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar), WMS and POS.

Experience with incident management tools.

Specific IT knowledge: networks, operating systems, Active Directory and M365, cybersecurity, virtualization, Windows Server 2019 and UNIX systems.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?

• Gestionar y resolver incidencias en ERP, SGA, POS y otros sistemas corporativos.

• Administrar y mantener sistemas, servidores, redes e integraciones.

• Monitorizar el funcionamiento de la infraestructura y aplicar medidas de seguridad y respaldo.

• Coordinar actualizaciones, nuevas herramientas y proyectos tecnológicos con equipos internos y partners.

• Dar soporte y formación a usuarios internos.

• Impulsar la automatización de procesos, generación de reportes y planes de contingencia.

Estudios: Ingeniería o grado en informática.

Experiencia: mínima de 3 años.

Manejo de ERP (X3, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics o similar), SGA y POS.

Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de incidencias.

Conocimientos informáticos específicos: redes, sistemas operativos, Active Directory y M365, ciberseguridad, virtualización, Windows Server 2019 y sistemas UNIX.
