Fishmonger / Fish Counter Sales Associate

We are looking for staff to fill the position of Fishmonger. The selected candidates will have to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for customers in our supermarkets.

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

• Customer service within the department.
• Cleaning, cutting and preparing fish and seafood.
• Restocking products and managing inventory.
• Informing customers about available promotions or discounts.
• Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure the efficient operation of the supermarket.
• Keeping the department clean and tidy.
• Following the safety and hygiene policies and procedures established by the company.
• Complying with applicable health regulations.

Customer Service

• Compulsory secondary education.
• Previous experience in a fishmonger.
• Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Proactivity, organization and customer orientation.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS RESPONSABILIDADES?

• Atención al cliente dentro de la sección.
• Limpieza, corte y preparación de pescado y marisco.
• Reposición de productos y control de stock.
• Informar a los clientes sobre promociones o descuentos disponibles.
• Colaborar con el resto del equipo para garantizar un funcionamiento eficiente del supermercado.
• Mantener la limpieza y el orden de la sección.
• Seguir las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad e higiene establecidos por la empresa.
• Cumplir con las normativas sanitarias aplicables.
