Essential Requirements:
- University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or similar.
- Experience in financial reporting, controlling, or financial planning (years to be confirmed).
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and business KPIs.
- Knowledge of programming and data handling (e.g., Python, SQL, R, or similar tools).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and visualization/BI tools.
- High level of English (minimum B2/C1).
- AI skills: GenAI / Copilot / ChatGPT

Job Description

What will you do at Allianz?

• Prepare and analyze financial and business reporting for the Non-Life area.
• Monitor key technical and financial indicators, identifying deviations from targets.
• Prepare periodic reports for management and stakeholders.
• Participate in the Planning Dialogue (PD) process: budget, forecasts, and business plans.
• Analyze results and support the financial projection of the business.
• Promote the automation of reporting and data analysis tools.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and efficiency of reported information.
