What will you do at Allianz?

• Participate in productivity improvement initiatives, collaborating in the identification and execution of quick wins in key processes.
• Support the review and optimization of end-to-end processes, contributing to the analysis, documentation, and redesign of workflows.
• Collaborate in the use of Process Mining and Task Mining to analyze real processes, identify bottlenecks, and detect data-driven improvement opportunities.
• Provide support for transformation and organizational change projects, working alongside different business and technology areas.
