Key job responsibilities

• Provide support to the members of your team in complying with workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Implement EU network standards, plan preventive maintenance tasks, and ensure technical availability.
• Collaborate with other staff to collect and analyze data in order to improve processes.
• Execute and oversee projects both locally and across the network.
• Lead, support, and guide the members of your team so they can develop professionally.

A day in the life

You will work in one of our operational sites, which will allow you to provide hands-on guidance to your team and have a clear view of what is happening at your site. This involves collecting data and solving problems in a dynamic work environment. You will also have the opportunity to create an operations plan to increase productivity and efficiency at the site. To do so, you are expected to launch new comprehensive improvement projects that cover both operational processes and equipment maintenance. After safety, the most important function of the role is to lead your team and ensure its performance and development, which involves organizing training courses.

• University degree in a technical discipline.
• Relevant experience as part of a maintenance team in an industrial or production environment managing all kinds of complex business processes.
• Relevant experience in managing a team of engineers.
• Relevant experience in coordinating and managing relationships with a variety of business partners, including external suppliers.
• Advanced level of English, both oral and written, and upper-intermediate level of Spanish.

• Experience working with regulatory frameworks, such as compliance controls and machine safety protocols.
• Experience with automated equipment, including packaging machinery and sorting and conveyor systems.
• Experience with data analysis tools and PLC-based control systems.
• Experience in managing Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma projects or processes.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Key job responsibilities

A day in the life

Trabajarás en uno de nuestros centros operativos, lo que te permitirá ofrecer orientación práctica a tu equipo y tener una visión clara de lo que ocurre en tu centro. También tendrás la oportunidad de crear un plan de operaciones para aumentar la productividad y eficiencia en el centro. Para ello, se espera que pongas en marcha nuevos proyectos integrales de mejora que abarquen tanto los procesos operativos como el mantenimiento de los equipos. Después de la seguridad, la función más importante del puesto es dirigir a tu equipo y garantizar su rendimiento y desarrollo, lo cual implica la organización de cursos de formación.

• Titulación universitaria en una disciplina técnica.
• Experiencia relevante como parte de un equipo de mantenimiento en un entorno industrial o de producción que gestione todo tipo de procesos empresariales complejos.
• Experiencia relevante pertinente en la gestión de un equipo de ingenieros/as.
• Experiencia relevante en la coordinación y gestión de las relaciones entre una variedad de socios empresariales, incluidos los proveedores externos.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés, tanto oral como escrito, y nivel intermedio alto de español.

• Los requisitos deseables son un plus, pero no son obligatorios para solicitar el puesto. Si cumples los requisitos básicos mencionados, nos encantaría conocerte.
