To do so, you are expected to launch new comprehensive improvement projects that cover both operational processes and equipment maintenance. After safety, the most important function of the role is to lead your team and ensure its performance and development, which involves organizing training courses.
What we're looking for
- University degree in a technical discipline.
- Relevant experience as part of a maintenance team in an industrial or production environment managing all kinds of complex business processes.
- Relevant experience in managing a team of engineers.
- Relevant experience in coordinating and managing relationships with a variety of business partners, including external suppliers.
- Advanced level of English, both oral and written, and upper-intermediate level of Spanish.
