The role

Construction company specialized in turnkey projects seeks a Technical Studies and Budgets Technician for industrial construction projects. Key role in the technical and economic definition of industrial warehouses.

What you'll do

Technical analysis of industrial construction projects.
Preparation of complete measurements and budgets for turnkey project tenders.
Cost optimization through value engineering and search for alternative technical solutions.
Request, analysis, and comparison of quotes from industrial suppliers and contractors.
Technical and economic negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers.
Adaptation and review of technical projects, reports, and plans.
Ensure compliance with current regulations (CTE and fire protection regulations in industrial environments).
Support to the commercial department in the technical defense of bids for clients.
Supervision and support for junior staff in the studies department, participating in their training and oversight.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Technical education in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial architecture/construction projects.
Advanced proficiency in Presto and Excel for budget preparation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM/Revit environments will be valued.
Solid knowledge of the CTE and fire protection regulations in industrial construction.
Languages: English and Spanish.
We are looking for an organized, analytical, and rigorous profile, with negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Valid driver's license and availability for occasional travel.
