• Technical education in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture/building projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Presto and Excel for budget preparation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM / Revit environments will be valued.
• Solid knowledge of the CTE and fire protection regulations in industrial building.
• Languages: English and Spanish.
• We are looking for an organized, analytical, and rigorous profile, with negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and availability for occasional travel.

• Manejo de AutoCAD; se valorarán conocimientos en entorno BIM / Revit.
• Conocimiento sólido del CTE y normativa de protección contra incendios en edificación industrial.
• Idiomas: inglés y castellano.
