We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator for our restaurants in Catalonia, to join a solid and expanding company.

What you'll do

- Providing strategic advice to Management in matters of their functional area.

- Designing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance, reduce downtime, and maximize operational efficiency.

- Participate in continuous improvement projects in the maintenance area, identifying opportunities for automation and digitalization that drive efficiency and reduce operating costs.

- Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure the quality of maintenance services, negotiating contracts and supervising compliance with established agreements.

- Manage technicians and suppliers, promoting learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advances in the field of maintenance.

- Monitor the volume of corrective incidents.

- Ensure that the volume of incidents is resolved correctly and on time.

- Analyze the main causes that generate incidents.

- Ensure the continuity of production and the efficiency with which operational resources are used.

- Ensure the proper functioning of machinery.

- Perform maintenance on machinery when necessary.

- Monitor the volume of corrective incidents required to resolve them and prevent them from recurring.
