HSE Manager or Technician - Vallès Oriental

• Participate in risk assessments and follow up on corrective actions.

You will join an industrial company in the chemical sector located in the Vallès Oriental, with a strong focus on operational safety and environmental sustainability.

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
• 2-3 years of experience in HSE. Experience in the sector is not required.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Knowledge of industrial, HSE, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in Office tools; AutoCAD is a plus.
• Organized profile with initiative, communication skills, and results orientation.

• Gestionar residuos, emisiones, aguas, suelos y otros vectores ambientales.
• Controlar consumos energéticos (gas, electricidad, agua) y proponer mejoras.
• Gestionar EPI's y coordinar formación en seguridad y medioambiente.
• Preparar documentación oficial y asegurar cumplimiento regulatorio.
• Participar en proyectos de mejora en Seguridad y Medioambiente.

• Formación en Ingeniería Química, Industrial o similar.
• Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
• Experiencia de 2-3 años como PRL. No hace falta que provenga del sector.
• Nivel intermedio de inglés.
• Conocimientos de normativa industrial, PRL y medioambiental.
• Manejo de herramientas Office y valorable AutoCAD.
• Perfil organizado, con iniciativa, capacidad de comunicación y orientación a resultados.
