501657 Skilled Workers Metal Carpentry Manufacturing and Installation

In this case, we are looking for personnel with experience in workshop manufacturing and installation of rolling doors, sliding doors, and other manual and automatic doors.

Manufacturing in the workshop and installation of gates, rolling doors, sliding doors, and other manual and automatic doors:

• Main tasks in the workshop:
• Reading blueprints: Checking the measurements and technical drawings of the project.
• Cutting and bending: Using saws and machines to give the correct shape to the metal.
• Welding and joining: Joining the pieces with welding equipment or screws.
• Assembling parts: Putting together doors, windows, grilles, or railings before taking them to the site.
• Cleaning and maintaining: Keeping the tools ready and the workspace tidy.
• Main tasks in installation:
• Transporting the material: Loading and protecting the pieces so they do not get scratched during transport.
• Positioning and measuring: Placing the piece in the actual opening to check that it fits.
• Leveling and aligning: Ensuring that the doors and windows are perfectly straight and without tilts.
• Anchoring and fastening: Bolting, welding, or gluing the structures to the walls and floors of the building.
• Sealing and waterproofing: Applying silicone or foam to prevent water, air, or noise from entering.
• Adjusting hardware: Installing locks, handles, hinges, and glass, checking that everything opens and closes properly.

Requirements

-At least two years of experience in workshop manufacturing of metal carpentry and installation of rolling doors, sliding doors, and other types.

-IT IS ESSENTIAL to have training in occupational risk prevention.

Training in occupational risk prevention of 20 hours in the metal sector, construction, or TPC will be valid, provided that an additional specific training of at least 6 or 8 hours is available.

Training in occupational risk prevention obtained with a medium or higher vocational training qualification will also be considered for evaluation purposes, so that it may be recognized after review.

-Availability for immediate start in early September 2026.

-Additional training in working at heights and elevated platform operation will be valued (although not essential).

This is a position with real options for permanent employment and a salary starting from the Metal Industry collective agreement:

• Third-class skilled workers €13.09 gross/hour.
• Second-class and first-class skilled workers €13.72 gross/hour

What we offer

-Salary of €13.09 or €13.72 gross/hour depending on experience and required training, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

-Initial contract through a temporary employment agency, with real possibilities of transitioning to the company's permanent staff.

-Schedule from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:30 with a 30-minute break.

Fabricación en taller e instalación de portones, puertas enrollables, correderas y otras manuales y automatizadas:

• Tareas principales en el taller.
• Leer planos: Ver las medidas y dibujos técnicos del proyecto.
• Cortar y doblar: Usar sierras y máquinas para dar la forma correcta al metal.
• Soldar y unir: Juntar las piezas con equipos de soldadura o tornillos.
• Montar piezas: Armar puertas, ventanas, rejas o barandillas antes de llevar a la obra.
• Limpiar y cuidar: Mantener las herramientas listas y el espacio de trabajo ordenado.
• Tareas principales en la instalación:
• Transportar el material: Cargar y proteger las piezas para que no se rayen en el viaje.
• Presentar y medir: Presentar la pieza en el hueco real para comprobar que encaja.
• Nivelar y plomar: Asegurar que las puertas y ventanas queden totalmente rectas y sin inclinaciones.
• Anclar y fijar: Atornillar, soldar o pegar las estructuras a las paredes y suelos del edificio.
• Sellar e impermeabilizar: Aplicar silicona o espumas para evitar que entre agua, aire o ruido.
• Ajustar herrajes: Colocar cerraduras, manillas, bisagras y cristales, comprobando que todo abra y cierre bien.

Requisitos

-Al menos dos años de experiencia media en fabricación en taller de carpintería metálica e instalación de puertas enrollable, correderas u otros.

-IMPRESCINDIBLE disponer de formación en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales.

Será válida formación PRL de 20 horas del sector metal, formaciones en construcción o TPC siempre que se disponga de una adicional específica del metal de al menos 6 u 8 horas de oficio.

La formación en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales obtenida con un título de Formaciones profesionales medio o superior también serán evaluadas a efectos de que puedan ser convalidadas tras revisión.

-Disponibilidad para incorporación inmediata a primeros de Septiembre 2026.

-Se valorará (aunque no es imprescindible) disponer formaciones adicionales de trabajos en altura y operador de plataforma elevadora.

Se trata de un puesto con opciones reales de paso a plantilla y remunerado con salario de partida convenio Industria Metal:

• Oficiales/as de tercera 13,09€ brutos/hora.
• Oficiales/as de segunda y primera 13,72€ bruto/hora

Se ofrece

-Salario de 13,09€ o 13,72€. brutos/hora según evaluadas en primer lugar experiencia relacionada y formaciones requeridas.

-Contrato inicial por ETT, con posibilidades reales de paso a plantilla.

-Horario de lunes a viernes de 07:00 a 15:30 con 30 minutos descanso.
