What will your main duties be?
Planning and comprehensive management: Coordinate the execution of the works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
Economic control: Manage the budget, subcontracting, certification validation, and cost deviation control.
Team management: Lead the on-site technical team (Foremen, Safety, etc.) and coordinate in-house staff and external trades.
Institutional relations and client: Act as the main point of contact with the Technical Management, Project Management, Developer, and public bodies.
Health and Safety: Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at the workplace.
Qualifications: Degree/Master's in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years leading medium to large-scale building projects.
Technical skills: Proficiency in management and measurement software (Presto, Menhir, AutoCAD, MS Project, and BIM tools).
Location: Residency in Valencia or its province (or willingness to relocate).
Key competencies: Leadership skills, problem-solving, strategic vision, and negotiation skills.
Contract: Permanent contract and job stability in a growing company.
