The challenge 🤔
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Commercial Data Insights Team. You will be a member of the technical brain behind the data driven strategy for SEAT and CUPRA. Your role is critical: you ensure that every interaction on our websites and apps is accurately captured and translated into actionable insights.

Your mission 🧐

* Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into insightful, user-friendly reports and visualizations.
* Develop and optimize data models by integrating multiple enterprise data sources (ERP, CRM, CPQ, and others), ensuring high performance and scalability.
* Establish and maintain KPI frameworks, data governance standards, and reporting best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability.
* Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to guarantee the integrity and performance of reporting solutions.
* Provide advanced analytical insights and recommendations through data exploration, trend analysis and performance monitoring.
* Create and maintain technical documentation while driving continuous improvements in reporting capabilities and user experience.
