Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist

You will be a key piece in the management and optimization of our finance and accounting operations. Your mission will be to ensure efficiency, control, and regulatory compliance, while working hand in hand with our CFO and serving as the link with other teams to improve processes and help the company grow.

• Managing financial and accounting operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Ensuring monthly and annual closings go off without a hitch.
• Improving and optimizing financial processes to make them more agile and efficient.
• Working with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to make Finance a growth driver.
• Supporting the implementation of the Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Automating financial reporting tools for greater accuracy and speed.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Coordinating and structuring the finance team's work.

• 5+ years in Finance and Accounting, preferably in growing companies / startups.
• Advanced Spanish and English.
• Account management, financial reporting, cash flow, and closing processes.
• Experience with financial systems / ERP (ideally Oracle NetSuite, though not mandatory).
• Process optimization: Ability to define and improve financial processes, ensuring control and efficiency.
• Communication and teamwork: Ability to collaborate with different departments and connect Finance with the business.
• Proactive with a practical mindset: Solution-oriented, high attention to detail, and ability to anticipate problems.

• Supervisar cuentas por pagar y por cobrar, cash flow, presupuestos y reporting financiero.
• Asegurar el cierre contable mensual y anual sin sobresaltos.
• Mejorar y optimizar procesos financieros para hacerlos más ágiles y eficientes.
• Trabajar con Ventas, Operaciones y Compras para que Finanzas sea un motor de crecimiento.
• Apoyar la implementación del ERP Oracle Netsuite.
• Automatizar herramientas de reporting financiero para mayor precisión y rapidez.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas contables y fiscales.
• Coordinar y estructurar el trabajo del equipo financiero.

• 5+ años en Finanzas y Contabilidad, preferiblemente en empresas en crecimiento / startups.
• Español e Inglés avanzado.
• Gestión de cuentas, reporting financiero, cash flow y cierre contable.
• Experiencia con sistemas financieros / ERP (idealmente Oracle Netsuite, aunque no es imprescindible)).
• Optimización de procesos: Habilidad para definir y mejorar procesos financieros, asegurando control y eficiencia.
• Comunicación y trabajo en equipo: Capacidad para colaborar con distintos departamentos y conectar Finanzas con el negocio.
• Proactivo y con mentalidad práctica: Enfoque orientado a soluciones, alta atención al detalle y habilidad para anticipar problemas.
