What you'll do

We are looking to bring on board a Corporate Financial Director to lead the areas of financial reporting, consolidation, management control, audit, taxation, and group financial administration.

Reporting directly to Company Management, their main responsibilities will be:

  • Leading the group's corporate financial function.
  • Overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial and management reporting for Management, including revenue, Capex, Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Leading financial consolidation processes under IFRS standards.
  • Coordinating financial information from the different international subsidiaries, ensuring consistency in accounting and reporting criteria.
  • Preparing and overseeing Budget, Forecast, and financial plans.
  • Analyzing variances and supporting decision-making with high-quality financial information.
  • Supervising corporate treasury, including monitoring financial debt, policies, cash position, and cash flows.
  • Coordinating the preparation of individual and consolidated Annual Accounts.
  • Managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other specialized stakeholders.
  • Ensuring proper tax and regulatory compliance for the group, including coordinating matters related to special tax regimes.
  • Overseeing processes for updating and managing income from the real estate portfolio.
  • Driving continuous improvement of financial processes, internal controls, and information systems.
  • Actively participating in digital transformation projects, ERP implementation, and process optimization.
  • Leading and developing the finance team.
