We are looking for a Consulting Manager specialized in Insurance with 5 to 8 years of experience, combining functional knowledge of the insurance business with the ability to define and sell technology solutions (AI, digital sovereignty, application development, cybersecurity).

The role sits at the intersection of business consulting, IT transformation, and pre-sales, with active involvement in Tier 1 clients in the Spanish market, supporting large-scale transformation programs.

• Consulting and client relationship
• Act as a trusted advisor for insurance sector clients (CIO, COO, underwriting, distribution, or any IT business partner).
• Understand key processes (pricing and issuance, channels, claims opening and management, payments, receipts and commissions, reinsurance and co-insurance operations) and translate them into improvement initiatives, regardless of the line of business (life or non-life) and segment (simple, commercial lines, or specialty).
• Participate in defining technology and functional transformation roadmaps in the form of concrete solutions and projects.
• Pre-sales consulting (core of the role)
• Lead or contribute to:
• Definition of value propositions
• Design of integrated solutions (business + technology)
• Participation in RFP processes, workshops, and co-creation sessions.
• Develop proposals that combine capabilities such as:
• Data & AI
• Automation
• Application modernization
• Cloud platforms
• Cybersecurity
• Selective delivery / execution
• Participate in the partial execution of strategic projects
• Lead functional streams or specific initiatives within client transformation plans.
• Ensure alignment between commercial proposal and delivery.
• Business development and positioning
• Contribute to the growth of key accounts in the insurance sector.
• Participate in positioning initiatives (white papers, workshops, innovation).
• Coordinate with delivery teams, technology, and partners.

5-8 years of experience in:

Consulting or transformation areas in insurance companies and brokers

Experience in technology transformation projects (core systems, data, automation, etc.)

Very strong functional background in insurance:

• Hybrid profile: business + technology
• Structured thinking and value orientation
• Consulting and commercial mindset (pre-sales)
• Ability to engage with C-Level executives
• Knowledge of the insurance IT ecosystem

Buscamos un/a Manager de Consultoría especializado en Seguros con experiencia entre 5 y 8 años, que combine conocimiento funcional del negocio asegurador con capacidad de definición y venta de soluciones tecnológicas (IA, soberanía digital, desarrollo de aplicaciones, cibersegurodad).

El rol se sitúa en la intersección entre consultoría de negocio, transformación IT y preventa, con participación activa en clientes Tier 1 del mercado español apoyando en programas de transformación de gran escala.

• Consultoría y relación con cliente
• Actuar como trusted advisor en clientes del sector asegurador (CIO, COO, suscripción, distribución o cualquier business partner del área IT).
• Entender los procesos clave (pricing y emisión, canales, apertura y gestión de siniestros, pagos, recibos y comisiones, operaciones de coaseguro y reaseguro) y traducirlos en iniciativas de mejora, independientemente del Ramo (vida o no vida) y segmento (sencillos, líneas comerciales o specialty)
• Participar en la definición de roadmaps de transformación tecnológica y funcional en forma de soluciones y proyectos concretos.
• Preventa consultiva (core del rol)
• Liderar o contribuir a:
• Definición de propuestas de valor
• Diseño de soluciones integradas (negocio + tecnología)
• Participar en procesos de RFP, workshops y sesiones de co-creación.
• Desarrollar propuestas que combinen capacidades como:
• Data & AI
• Automatización
• Modernización de aplicaciones
• Plataformas cloud
• Cíberseguridad
• Delivery / ejecución selectiva
• Participar en la ejecución parcial de proyectos estratégicos
• Liderar streams funcionales o iniciativas específicas dentro de los planes de transformación de los clientes.
• Asegurar alineación entre propuesta comercial y entrega.
• Desarrollo de negocio y posicionamiento
• Contribuir al crecimiento de cuentas clave del sector seguros.
• Participar en iniciativas de posicionamiento (white papers, workshops, innovación).
• Coordinar con equipos de delivery, tecnología y partners.

Experiencia 5-8 años en:

Consultoría o áreas de transformación en aseguradoras y brokers

Experiencia en proyectos de transformación tecnológica (core systems, data, automation, etc.)

Background funcional muy sólido en seguros:

• Perfil híbrido: negocio + tecnología
• Pensamiento estructurado y orientación a valor
