We are looking for a Data Analyst to drive the development of the bank's information layer and deliver direct value to the business and management. The mission will be to transform data - both structured and unstructured - into useful knowledge that enables a better understanding of the business, the market, and our customers, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

The selected candidate will join a cross-functional team and play a key role as an end-to-end analyst, combining ad-hoc analysis, process automation, KPI definition, dashboard construction, and active participation in the migration of our processes and projects to the cloud.

Responsibilities include:

Managing client relationships (business units and areas)

  • Acting as a regular point of contact with business units and management areas to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Carrying out projects covering the full data analysis cycle

  • Gathering business information requirements

  • Designing, developing, maintaining, and automating processes for recurring reporting or ad-hoc requests.

Minimum requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Having the technical skills to produce the required reports from the business side
  • Having the analytical skills to understand the business logic and propose new ideas or strategies that help drive it forward
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as creativity and attention to detail in data visualization and information delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences.
  • Strong data analysis and management skills, using data analysis and database exploitation tools: advanced SQL, proficiency in Data Discovery and Statistical Analysis, Python, Airflow.
  • Training in programming languages.
