About the role

Develop, implement, and monitor advanced analytical models that optimize the profitability of the Digital Channel, through risk segmentation, LTV models, competitive analysis on aggregators, and dynamic pricing systems, integrating these capabilities within the technical framework of the line of business.

What you'll do

  • Develop advanced segmentation models and digital footprint.
  • Model expected claims by segment and simulate technical impact.
  • Build and maintain the LTV model integrating premium, claims, CPA, and persistence.
  • Develop price elasticity models and competitive positioning on aggregators.
  • Design dynamic discount engines by customer profile.
  • Build financial models by cohort (P&L, VNB, sensitivities).
  • Automate technical reporting and monitor early warning signals.
  • Coordinate with Technology and Data teams to operationalize models.

Required experience

  • 4-7 years of experience in advanced modeling applied to business.
  • Experience in supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning.
  • Experience in developing financial or actuarial models.
  • Experience in the insurance sector is valued.

Required Knowledge

  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or similar.
