🚗 What will you do in your day-to-day?

As a Rental Sales Agent, you will help every customer enjoy their experience without worries. With your attention and dedication, you will have the opportunity to make a difference, ensuring that every step of their journey is special.

- You will drive sales in reservation management, advising proactively and offering additional products and protection options that add value. You will also promote services that make their experience easier and faster: Self Service Kiosk, Exclusive Loyalty Programs.

- You will carry out operational responsibilities in the parking lot, managing vehicle returns and inspections, and communicating contract closure to the customer.

🏆 What do you need to succeed?

- Valid driver's license B and a passion for cars.

- A sales-focused attitude and enthusiasm for overcoming commercial challenges.

- Fluent Spanish + English, essential. You will use it daily, as it is the most commonly used language by our customers in the rental process.

🚩 What will you get in return?
- Salary of €18,281 gross per year plus a monthly variable remuneration system, with unlimited commissions based on your performance. Additionally, during the training period, you will receive a guaranteed minimum to ease your adaptation. Your effort defines your success!

- Under the collective agreement, you will receive an additional allowance for working on national holidays, overtime, and closing shifts, as well as access to the training pool.

EUR 18,281 per year

- Your start date will be immediate, and your contract will be Permanent Seasonal (Fijo Discontinuo), until the end of the 2026 season.

- Your schedule will be 40 hours per week, distributed in a rotating shift system from Monday to Sunday.

- You will have 2 consecutive days off, and shift planning will be organized one month in advance.

- Office opening hours are: Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 00:30.

Como Rental Sales Agent ayudarás para que cada cliente disfrute de su experiencia, sin preocupaciones. Con tu atención y dedicación, tendrás la oportunidad de marcar la diferencia, asegurando que cada paso de su viaje sea especial.

- Impulsarás ventas en la gestión de las reservas, asesorando de forma proactiva y ofreciendo productos adicionales y opciones de protección que aporten valor. Además, fomentarás el uso de servicios que ayudarán a que su experiencia sea más fácil y rápida: Self Service Kiosk, Programas Exclusivos de Fidelización.

- Desarrollarás responsabilidades operativas en el parking, gestionando la devolución y el chequeo de vehículos, comunicando al cliente el cierre del contrato.

🏆 ¿Qué necesitas para triunfar?

- Carné de Conducir B y pasión por los coches.

- Actitud enfocada en ventas y entusiasmo por superar retos comerciales.

- Español + Inglés fluidos, imprescindible. Lo utilizarás a diario, ya que es el idioma más utilizado por nuestros clientes en el proceso de alquiler.

- Salario de 18.281 € brutos anuales más un sistema de remuneración variable mensual, con comisiones sin límite basadas en tu rendimiento. Además, durante el periodo de formación, recibirás un mínimo asegurado para facilitar tu adaptación. ¡Tu esfuerzo define tu éxito!

- Tu incorporación será inmediata y tu contrato Fijo Discontinuo, hasta fin de Temporada 2026.

- Tu horario será de 40 horas semanales, distribuidas en un sistema de turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo.

- Dispondrás de 2 días de descanso consecutivos, y la planificación de turnos se organizará con un mes de antelación.

- El horario de apertura de oficinas es de: Lunes a Domingo de 07.00 a 00.30 horas.
