MISSION Manage projects and act as a technical reference in document management systems, with the ability to define the status of these platforms and their associated components (electronic signature, OCR, document capture, etc.), plan and execute developments, and implement integrated solutions. Oversee the evolution and optimization of these platforms, ensuring their sustainability, scalability, and efficiency, while collaborating with internal and external teams and stakeholders to reduce costs and development times, aligned with business objectives. MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain document management projects, transforming and optimizing management platforms (Papyrus and DMP), ensuring efficiency and sustainability. Be ultimately responsible for the development, maintenance, and evolution of document management platforms, ensuring their proper functioning and continuous evolution. Plan and manage the delivery of assigned projects, services, and programs in terms of cost, schedule, and quality. Ensure the scalability and sustainability of the related project and service portfolio. Ensure the quality of the generated software and its implementation without incidents. Design and implement integration solutions with other company systems for document processes. Collaborate with different internal and external teams, as well as technological and business stakeholders, ensuring efficient management aligned with strategic objectives. Propose improvements in the document management ecosystem, seeking to reduce recurring costs and development times. Evaluate and define the technological evolution of the platforms, optimizing resources and costs. PROFILE Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar. Experience: Minimum 5 years in the implementation and management of document managers (preferably FileNet, Alfresco, Documentum, or others). Knowledge: Management and transformation of document management platforms. Document generation and management in business environments. Functional knowledge of the insurance sector (desirable). Skills in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. Effective communication and negotiation. Languages: Intermediate English. Skills: Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments and as part of a team. Orientation towards continuous improvement and process optimization. Gestionar proyectos y ser referente técnico en los sistemas de gestión y generación documental, con capacidad para definir el estado de dichas plataformas y sus componentes asociados (firma digital, OCR, captura documental, etc.), planificar y ejecutar desarrollos, e implementar soluciones integradas. Velar por la evolución y optimización de estas plataformas, asegurando su sostenibilidad, escalabilidad y eficiencia, y colaborando con equipos internos y externos para reducir costes y tiempos de desarrollo, en línea con los objetivos de negocio.

• Desarrollar y mantener proyectos en gestión documental, transformando y optimizando las plataformas de gestión (Papyrus y DMP), garantizando eficiencia y sostenibilidad.
• Ser responsable final del desarrollo, mantenimiento y evolución de las plataformas de gestión documental, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento y evolución continua.
• Planificar y gestionar el delivery en costes, plazos y calidad de los proyectos, servicios y programas asignados.
• Garantizar la escalabilidad y sostenibilidad de la cartera de proyectos y servicios relacionados.
• Asegurar la calidad del software generado y la implantación sin incidencias.
• Diseñar e implementar soluciones de integración con otros sistemas de la compañía para procesos documentales.
• Colaborar con diferentes equipos internos y externos, así como stakeholders tecnológicos y de negocio, garantizando una gestión eficiente y alineada con los objetivos estratégicos.
• Proponer mejoras en el ecosistema de gestión documental, buscando reducir costes recurrentes y tiempos de desarrollo.
• Evaluar y definir la evolución tecnológica de las plataformas, optimizando recursos y costes.

• Ingeniería en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similares.

• Inglés intermedio.

• Mínimo 5 años en implementación y gestión de gestores documentales (preferentemente FileNet, Alfresco, Documentum u otros).

• Gestión y transformación de plataformas de gestión documental.
• Generación y gestión documental en entornos empresariales.
• Conocimiento funcional del sector asegurador (deseable).
• Habilidades en gestión de proyectos y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares.
• Comunicación y negociación efectiva.

• Capacidad para trabajar en entornos multidisciplinares y en equipo.
• Orientación a la mejora continua y optimización de procesos.
• Capacidad de gestión y planificación de proyectos tecnológicos.
• Habilidad para definir soluciones técnicas y gestionar integraciones complejas.
