About the role

You will collaborate on different real projects, learning from the best professionals in the following areas:

Analytics and Data Management: solve real challenges using Big Data and advanced modeling.

Cybersecurity: protect the bank's most important digital assets.

Commercial Intelligence: optimize processes and drive growth through data.

Risk: develop models to measure and control different types of contingencies.

Audit: prevent fraud and apply models for capital and provisions calculation.

What you'll get

Duration of 6 months 📅: starting in July or September 2026, renewable for up to one year.

You will have a mentor 🧑‍🏫: who will support you during your time at Bankinter.

Morning hours from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. 🌞: so you can keep studying in the afternoon.

In-person attendance 🏢: at our offices (Castellana, Alcobendas and Tres Cantos)
