REQUIREMENTS
- Higher university degree (Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, Law or similar). Other degrees may be considered depending on complementary training and experience.
- Desirable complementary specialized training such as EFPA, CFA, postgraduates in Stock Markets, Financial Markets, Analysis, Finance, etc.
- Medium-high level of English recommended.
- More than 10 years of experience in the sector and a minimum of 8 years in the segment / area performing commercial duties.

Branch Office Manager

JOB MISSION AND FUNCTIONS

Direct and coordinate the commercial team's activity at the branch, developing commercial plans and monitoring their compliance in line with the policies set by the division, in order to achieve targets for client asset acquisition, financial results, and the other business objectives established at any given time; oversee and make profitable the manager's own client portfolio, as well as increase the level of quality perceived/received by clients and position Bankinter as a benchmark in its area of operation.

Direct and coordinate the commercial team's activity at their branch.
Distribute supervisory duties and responsibilities among team members. Set individual challenges to foster the professional and personal development of each team member.
Develop the branch's Commercial Plan, plan the branch's profit and loss account, allocate it across client portfolios, and take responsibility for monitoring the established objectives.
Commercial activity focused on direct and ongoing contact with clients through visits, as well as on the quality of the risk assumed with clients.
Develop and manage the branch's client portfolio: acquire clients within the segment and collaborate so that the rest of the team members meet their client acquisition and management objectives. Increase the assets of the clients at the branch they manage and of their own portfolio.
Provide advisory services to both clients and team members, seeking to contribute to their training. Innovate in the application or sale of new products, developing new markets.
Report on business performance. Monitor the quality levels of clients in the segment at their branch and establish plans aimed at achieving and maintaining high quality standards.
