Technical Services Assistant - Barceló Ponent Beach Hotel

• Assist in the control and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance in the hotel's facilities.
• Carry out improvement work on the facilities.
• Ensure that technical areas are in good condition of cleanliness and preservation.
• Handle customer complaints, requests, and suggestions, and refer them to a superior if unable to resolve them.
• Reduce expenses without compromising service quality.
• Coordinate with reception and housekeeping all room blockings.
• Contact and properly follow up on works and tasks carried out by external companies to ensure they are completed as agreed in terms of time, form, regularity, and presence.
• Supervise pool treatments.
• Carry out exterior cleaning.

• Education: Higher Level Training Cycle
• Experience: at least 1 year in a similar position.
• Languages: German and/or English.
• Knowledge in preventive and corrective systems in hotels will be valued. Basic knowledge of HVAC, electricity, and refrigeration.

• Ayudar en el control y coordinación del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en las instalaciones del Hotel.
• Realizar trabajos de mejora en las instalaciones.
• Asegurar que las áreas técnicas estén en buen estado de limpieza y conservación.
• Atender las quejas, peticiones y sugerencias de los clientes y remitirlas a su superior en el caso de no poder solventarlas.
• Disminuir el gasto sin menoscabo de la calidad de servicio.
• Coordinar con recepción y pisos todos los bloqueos de habitaciones.
• Contactar y dar seguimiento adecuado a las obras y trabajos a desarrollar por empresas externas para que se cumplan en tiempo, forma, asiduidad y presencia pactadas.
• Supervisar los tratamientos de piscinas.
• Realizar la limpieza de exteriores.
