• Check the proper functioning of all hotel facilities and machinery, ensuring their correct use and that their maintenance is in the best possible condition.
• Comply with the guidelines of your supervisor and the company's quality standards.

• Minimum required qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training in Maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position in preventive and corrective systems in hotels.
• Training in legionella and pool maintenance is valued.
• Type B driver's license and own vehicle.
• Teamwork.
• Communication skills.
• Analytical ability.

• Verificar el buen funcionamiento de todas las instalaciones y maquinaria del Hotel, asegurando el correcto uso de las mismas y que su mantenimiento esté en el mejor estado posible.
• Cumplir con las directrices de su superior y los estándares de calidad de la compañía.

• Titulación mínima exigida: Ciclo formativo medio Mantenimiento.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto similar en sistemas preventivos y correctivos en Hoteles.
• Valorable Formación de legionela y mantenimiento de piscinas.
• Carné de conducir tipo B y vehículo propio.

• Habilidades de comunicación.
