Senior Project Architect for Hotels

• Supervision and management of construction projects from conception through to completion.

• Review the project in depth to schedule deliveries and estimate costs.

• Supervision of all on-site and external construction work to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.

• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory

• Comply with the contractual terms of execution.

• Monitor the progress of the works.

• Prepare internal and external reports on the status of the works.

• Negotiate the terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.

• Analyze, manage and mitigate construction risks.

• Ensure construction quality standards and the use of appropriate construction techniques.

• Education: Architecture or similar.

• Required experience: minimum of 5 years in construction management, preferably in hotel projects.

• Highly valued: Expert knowledge of construction products, construction details and relevant regulations, codes and quality standards.

• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.

• Familiarity with construction management software packages.

• Proficient in conflict and crisis management.

• Leadership and human resource management skills.

• Excellent time and project management skills.

• Full availability to travel.

• Languages: Advanced level of English and French.

• Formación: Arquitectura o similar.

• Experiencia requerida: mínima de 5 años en la gestión de la construcción, preferiblemente en Proyectos hoteleros.

• Se valorará muy positivamente: Conocimiento experto de los productos de construcción, los detalles constructivos y las normas, reglamentos y estándares de calidad pertinentes.
