About the role

📢We are looking for an Investment and Projects Analyst for the financial area.

Mission: To drive, together with the Head of Investments and Projects, the analysis and monitoring of the organization's investment strategy and strategic projects, developing financial models and investment reports that serve as a basis for strategic decision-making and foster the Group's organic and inorganic growth.

What you'll do

🛠️Functions:

  • Provide support in the identification and analysis of new investment opportunities (tenders, strategic projects, M&A).

  • Collaborate in the development of financial models and scenario simulations.

  • Participate in the preparation of investment reports and presentations for the Investment Committee and Management.

  • Support financial and strategic due diligence processes.

  • Contribute to the monitoring of investments and projects, preparing periodic performance reports.

  • Collaborate with other internal areas and external advisors in the preparation of documentation and analysis.

  • Propose improvements to analysis tools and processes, under the supervision of the Head of Investments and Projects.

  • Contribute to the monitoring and control of investment performance, ensuring compliance with the expected returns defined by the Investment Committee and approved by the Board.

  • Participate in the analysis of opportunities for the divestment of non-strategic assets (Asset Rotation).

  • Participate in the analysis of investment opportunities in alternative sectors or assets (Real Estate, investment funds, start-ups, etc.).

  • Contribute to the development of annual budgets, broken down by business unit and at the corporate level, using a clear and transparent methodology.

  • Collaborate in the periodic review of the alignment between strategic objectives and financial and operational goals.

What we're looking for
