Investment and Projects Analyst

📢We are looking for an Investment and Projects Analyst for the financial area.

Mission: To drive, together with the Head of Investments and Projects, the analysis and monitoring of the organization's investment strategy and strategic projects, developing financial models and investment reports that serve as a basis for strategic decision-making and foster the Group's organic and inorganic growth.

🛠️Functions:

• Provide support in the identification and analysis of new investment opportunities (tenders, strategic projects, M&A).

• Collaborate in the development of financial models and scenario simulations.

• Participate in the preparation of investment reports and presentations for the Investment Committee and Management.

• Support financial and strategic due diligence processes.

• Contribute to the monitoring of investments and projects, preparing periodic performance reports.

• Collaborate with other internal areas and external advisors in the preparation of documentation and analysis.

• Propose improvements to analysis tools and processes, under the supervision of the Head of Investments and Projects.

• Contribute to the monitoring and control of investment performance, ensuring compliance with the expected returns defined by the Investment Committee and approved by the Board.

• Participate in the analysis of opportunities for the divestment of non-strategic assets (Asset Rotation).

• Participate in the analysis of investment opportunities in alternative sectors or assets (Real Estate, investment funds, start-ups, etc.).

• Contribute to the development of annual budgets, broken down by business unit and at the corporate level, using a clear and transparent methodology.

• Collaborate in the periodic review of the alignment between strategic objectives and financial and operational goals.

🧩Desired profile:

• Graduate / Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar.

• Minimum 2/3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment Departments, and/or Auditing.

• Interest in working on-site at our facilities in Leganés.

• Specialization in Corporate Finance, M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions), Investment Departments, and Auditing is valued.

• Knowledge of French is valued.

• English level that allows fluent communication in professional environments.

📢Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analista de inversiones y proyectos para el área financiera.

Misión: Impulsar junto con el Responsable de Inversiones y Proyectos, el análisis y seguimiento de la estrategia de inversiones y proyectos estratégicos de la organización, elaborando modelos financieros e informes de inversión, que sirvan de base para la toma de decisiones estratégicas y fomenten el crecimiento orgánico e inorgánico del Grupo.

🛠️Funciones:

• Dar soporte en la identificación y análisis de nuevas oportunidades de inversión (licitaciones, proyectos estratégicos, M&A).

• Colaborar en la elaboración de modelos financieros y simulaciones de escenarios.

• Participar en la preparación de informes de inversión y presentaciones para el Comité de Inversiones y la Dirección.

• Apoyar en procesos de due diligence financieros y estratégicos.

• Contribuir al seguimiento de inversiones y proyectos, elaborando reportes periódicos sobre su desempeño.

• Colaborar con otras áreas internas y asesores externos en la preparación de documentación y análisis.

• Proponer mejoras en herramientas y procesos de análisis, bajo la supervisión del Responsable de Inversiones y Proyectos.

• Contribuir a la monitorización y control del rendimiento de las inversiones, asegurando el cumplimiento de los retornos esperados definidos en el Comité de Inversiones y aprobados por el Consejo.

• Participar en el análisis de oportunidades para la desinversión de activos no estratégicos (Asset Rotation).

• Participar en el análisis de oportunidades de inversión en sectores o activos alternativos (Real Estate, fondos de inversión, start-ups, etc.).

• Contribuir en el desarrollo de presupuestos anuales, desglosados por unidad de negocio y a nivel corporativo, utilizando una metodología clara y transparente.

• Colaborar en la revisión periódica del alineamiento entre los objetivos estratégicos y las metas financieras y operativas.

🧩Perfil deseado:

• Graduado-a / Licenciado-a en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas, Ingeniería o similar.

• Mínimo 2/3 años de experiencia en Finanzas Corporativas, M&A, Departamentos de inversiones y/o auditoría.

• Interesado-a en trabajar en nuestras instalaciones en Leganés de forma presencial.

• Valorable especialización en Finanzas Corporativas, M&A (Fusiones y Adquisiciones), Departamentos de inversiones y Auditoría.

• Valorable conocimientos de francés.

• Nivel de inglés que permita una comunicación fluida en entornos profesionales.
