CONDITIONS

25-30 hours per week, 1200-1500 euros net depending on experience. One weekend off per month. One Sunday off. Wednesday.

Sunday. Split shift. Contract for Cook/Head Chef. Vacation in August and during Holy Week, plus certain holidays. Paid overtime.

REQUIREMENTS

-Experience in the kitchen. Ability to solve problems. Leadership skills, organization, and teamwork. Inventory control and relationship with suppliers (ordering).

-Must be fluent in Spanish, and preferably Basque.

-Ability to work in a customer-facing role.

-Measure and assemble ingredients for the menu items.

-Collaborate with the chef to prepare meals during our dinner service hours.

-Properly store food at adequate temperatures.

-Rotate stock according to established procedures (FIFO). Cook staff meals.

-Replenish the kitchen for subsequent shifts.

-Ensure that the food preparation area and the kitchen are clean and sanitized at the end of the shift.
