Transaction Banking Madrid II is a newly created office within the GTB Europe unit (CIB) that covers the banking relationship, for transactional products and services, with large Spanish and international multinationals doing business in Spain, mainly in Madrid.
The team is made up of 4 transaction bankers who cover a portfolio of clients from different sectors and industries, marketing the full range of transactional products and services: working capital, trade finance, cash management, trade finance... offering advice with a global and industrial perspective to clients, and maintaining dialogue with local treasury managers in Spain.
Within the team, there is the role of Transactional Services Specialist (TSS) who provides pre-sales and post-sales coverage for the full range of cash management products to the office's clients, and supports the transaction bankers.
What you'll do
We are looking for a Transactional Services Specialist to join the Global Transaction Banking Madrid II team.
The role will be responsible for managing the onboarding, implementation, and proper functioning of electronic channels and transactional solutions for corporate clients, ensuring proper post-sales management and an excellent client experience.
Coordinate the onboarding and implementation of products, contracts, and transactional channels.
Manage the configuration of Global Net Cash and other electronic banking solutions.
Provide support and training on BBVA Net Cash, SWIFT, Editran, and other channels.
Gather requirements and coordinate their implementation with internal areas.
Manage incidents, special cases, and operational needs.
Review the formats and contents of transactional files.
Monitor volumes, trends, and recurring incidents.
Support Transaction Banking and Cash Sales Spain in the contracting and marketing of transactional solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve service and client experience.
What we're looking for
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
At least five years of experience in banking and two in commercial, post-sales, or client relations functions.
C1 level of English desirable.
Knowledge of Net Cash or similar platforms and channels such as SWIFT or Editran.
Knowledge of cash management, banking connectivity, and ISO 20022 will be valued.
Client orientation, analytical skills, organization, and teamwork.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Buscamos un Especialista de Servicios Transaccionales para incorporarse al equipo de Global Transaction Banking Madrid II.
Será responsable de gestionar el alta, la implantación y el correcto funcionamiento de los canales electrónicos y soluciones transaccionales de clientes corporativos, asegurando una adecuada gestión postventa y una excelente experiencia de cliente.
Coordinar el alta e implantación de productos, contratos y canales transaccionales.
Gestionar la parametrización de Global Net Cash y otras soluciones de banca electrónica.
Proporcionar soporte y formación en BBVA Net Cash, SWIFT, Editran y otros canales.
Recoger requerimientos y coordinar su implantación con las áreas internas.
Gestionar incidencias, casos especiales y necesidades operativas.
Revisar formatos y contenidos de ficheros transaccionales.
Realizar el seguimiento de volúmenes, tendencias e incidencias recurrentes.
Apoyar a Transaction Banking y Ventas Cash España en la contratación y comercialización de soluciones transaccionales.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora del servicio y de la experiencia del cliente.
What we're looking for
Titulación universitaria en ADE, Economía, Finanzas o similar.
Al menos cinco años de experiencia en banca y dos en funciones comerciales, postventa o de relación con clientes.
Nivel de inglés deseable C1.
Conocimiento de Net Cash o plataformas similares y de canales como SWIFT o Editran.
Se valorarán conocimientos de cash management, conectividad bancaria e ISO 20022.
Orientación al cliente, capacidad analítica, organización y trabajo en equipo.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
