How will you do it?

Active Participation in the Management Committee: You will be fully involved in the Management Committee, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to drive the company's success.

Control of the Profit and Loss Account: You will carry out meticulous monitoring of the profit and loss account, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize resources and maximize profits.

Coordination and Leadership of the Sales Team: You will lead by example and effectively coordinate your team of sales associates, inspiring them to reach their full potential and ensuring a collaborative and motivating work environment.

Problem Solving and Priority Setting: You will be proactive in solving problems, quickly identifying challenges and making effective decisions to overcome them. You will set clear priorities to optimize team performance and achieve our goals.

Sales Monitoring and Analysis: You will carry out detailed monitoring of the sales team's work, constantly analyzing data and trends to identify areas of opportunity and apply effective strategies that drive sales growth.

Ensuring Stock Availability: You will ensure that adequate and sufficient stock is permanently available to meet our customers' demand, implementing efficient management systems and building strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee product availability.

Coordinación y Liderazgo del Equipo de Vendedores/as: Liderarás con ejemplaridad y coordinarás de manera efectiva a tu equipo de vendedores/as, inspirándolos/as a alcanzar su máximo potencial y asegurando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y motivador.

Resolución de Problemas y Establecimiento de Prioridades: Serás proactivo/a en la resolución de problemas, identificando rápidamente los desafíos y tomando decisiones efectivas para superarlos. Establecerás prioridades claras para optimizar el rendimiento del equipo y alcanzar nuestros objetivos.

Seguimiento y Análisis de las Ventas: Realizarás un seguimiento detallado del trabajo del equipo de ventas, analizando constantemente los datos y tendencias para identificar áreas de oportunidad y aplicar estrategias efectivas que impulsen el crecimiento de las ventas.

Garantía de Disponibilidad de Stock: Te asegurarás de mantener permanentemente disponible un stock adecuado y suficiente para satisfacer la demanda de nuestros clientes, implementando sistemas de gestión eficientes y estableciendo relaciones sólidas con proveedores para garantizar la disponibilidad de productos.
